We're so excited to share how easy it is to create your very own decoupaged/artistic hat!  You'll get to use our DIYPaint and sealers, along with choosing your preferred Roycycled Decoupage Paper (qty 1) to use.  All supplies are included.  Light refreshments are also provided.  Please note:  photos are for inspiration, you can choose from decoupage papers in stock.
