Chef Michelle will explain the myths and misconceptions of olive oils, the chemistry and health benefits of using high quality Extra Virgin Oils and Balsamics. You will enjoy light Appetizers made with their flavorful products. You will also learn easy tips and suggestions for taking all your recipes from ordinary to EXTRAORDINARY with these flavorful products. Feel free to BYOW or BYOB. Event lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
